Processing Time

Because each pill box is handcrafted, please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-order periods.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • United States - Expedited (3-7 business day): Rates calculated at checkout
  • International - Standard (10–21 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

  • Customs fees, VAT, tariffs, handling, import taxes, or other charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
KcyPassionArt is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Delays caused by carriers

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Packaging

All items are securely packaged to protect your handcrafted pill box during transit. We strive to use eco-friendly packing materials whenever possible.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping options.

  • Some countries may restrict the import of specific decorative or metal items. Customers should verify local regulations before ordering.
